Policies

$35.00 non-refundable application fee for each application processed.
Security deposits vary by location.
Pets, if permitted in the rental unit, require an additional $700 pet fee (non refundable) and an additional $35.00 per pet per month.
Dobermans, Rotties and American pitt bulls and few breeds not listed here, are not permitted in the rental units.
Leases are for one year (13 months) unless noted otherwise.

Procedures

All applications are submitted to FABCO, a profile reporting agency. This process includes obtaining a credit history, rental history and criminal history report..
Good rental history and good credit score (575 or more) are important factors in our decision.
Minimum of 550 credit score is required to qualify a tenant for approval.
Applications submitted must be for a specific unit. This specific unit must be viewed before submission of an application.
We consider applications on first come first serve basis. And units are rented to first qualified applicant.
The security deposit is due upon approval of the application. The property applied for cannot be held until this balance is paid.
